Hello and welcome! It is my pleasure to share with you the culmination of many years of experience and education in human anatomy and earth-based crafts. Here, I offer somatic bodywork tailored to your unique needs, incorporating deep soft tissue manipulation, Maya Abdominal Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy. Each session is thoughtfully designed, drawing from a spectrum of traditional and intuitive modalities, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, fire cupping, and energy work.

My approach is a fusion of the extensive training I’ve received since beginning my journey in 2006 at the National Holistic Institute, followed by advanced education each year. I’ve had the privilege of studying with Rosita Arvigo in Belize at her homestead and pursuing in-depth clinical herbalism training with 7Song in Ithaca. Additionally, I trained as a doula in 2010 at Natural Resources in San Francisco and have had the honor of supporting many families through their transformative journeys.

Over the years, I’ve developed an intuitive and strong touch that allows me to address the body’s structural needs and its intricate connection to the nervous system. This approach fosters profound relaxation and therapeutic healing. My goal is to empower each individual to achieve their desired state of health and balance by listening to the body’s cues, honoring its boundaries, and offering deeply nurturing care.

When I’m not offering massage, you’ll find me immersed in my passion for shaping clay into vessels designed for everyday use and quiet adoration. Each piece is created with intention and vision, and I hope you discover something here that resonates with you—perhaps an object that becomes as meaningful in your life as it is in mine.
